Holding onto wearing jumpsuits for as long as I can! But it’s not actually very practical and convenient since I have to pee so much more often now 🤰🏻 and taking off jumpsuits is a pain. What can I say, I’ve been choosing fashion over practicality practically my whole life 🤷🏻♀️.
These pictures were taken last weekend when I was 16 weeks along and I have to tell you I’ve been loving my second trimester so far. The only things I really miss badly is sushi and a Publix Italian sub. Other than that, Trey and my family have been satisfying my every craving. My sweet aunt even got me a giant lobster the other week because she heard I wanted some so badly.
What I love about this jumpsuit is how comfortable it is, but more so, how I’ll be able to wear it even after pregnancy. The adjustable sash at the waist allows me to wear it just above my bump, defining my growing belly in a more attractive way. Black also helps create a slimming effect. I also love how loose this jumpsuit is, allowing me to wear it a while longer during this pregnancy. For reference, I’m 5’2, currently 120 lbs and I took this in a size XS regular. I bought this a month ago during Loft’s extra 60% off sale. It’s low in sizes, but I’ve seen some XS pop in and out.
As for these pink velvet heels, I can’t rave enough about them. They were my wedding reception shoes and they’re still comfy enough for this preggo lady. Although I will admit my time with heels is very limited because my lower back has been killing me.
Thanks for reading along and I hope I’ve helped any pregnant mamas out there still looking to rock a jumpsuit.
