I think this is hands down my favorite outfit in my closet at the moment! I’m loving the one shoulder trend (love that it’s coming back)! But I also love the blue and white strip with the contrast of the black detailing of this top. I mean for $14, buying this top was a no brainer. I think this will be my weekend uniform for spring food festivals and summer bbqs :).
This top runs a tad but wide and short. It’s perfect for girls with a short torso, but even for me I would prefer to just wear it tucked in with high waisted shorts/pants/skirts. It’s a bit wide at the cross section. I thought it would slump too low under my armpit, but it ended up staying put with no problem. For reference, I’m a 34c and wearing a size small. Although the reviews said it runs big, I was afraid the XS would be too tight around my armpit/shoulder area so I went for my “normal” size. If you don’t want it to slump too low under your armpit area in fear that it will expose too much then I would recommend you size down.
I always get questions about whether SheInside.com is legit and safe to use. The company is based out of China and I’ve never had problems with my order or receiving items. I would compare the quality of clothes equal or better than Forever 21 quality of clothing. This top is on the higher end of quality (so surprising and love it) but I’ve also received items that were a total miss when it came to fit, and sometimes quality, but I expected it. When ordering, I usually size up from my normal size, unless reviews indicate otherwise. I size up because I feel like the sizing runs small due to it being an asian company. My orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
When buying you have to ask myself, “are you willing to lose this money if it doesn’t work out?” Since this was a $14 top I was willing to make the gamble. I also always read reviews! When paying, I always pay with Paypal and never enter my credit card information.
I hope this helps!
